href=\"http:\/\/www.shalomeo.com\/category\/crystal-substrates-24.html\">Lithium\u00a0Aluminate\u00a0or\u00a0LiAlO2<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>is\u00a0a\u00a0potential\u00a0substrate\u00a0for\u00a0III-V\u00a0nitride\u00a0thin\u00a0films\u00a0due\u00a0to\u00a0its\u00a0excellent\u00a0lattice\u00a0mismatch\u00a0to\u00a0GaN\u00a0(&lt;0.2%\u00a0at\u00a0&lt;100&gt;\u00a0),\u00a0chemical\u00a0stability\u00a0at\u00a0high\u00a0temperature\u00a0and\u00a0cost\u00a0effective.\u00a0The\u00a0lattice\u00a0parameter\u00a0of\u00a0Lithium\u00a0Dioxogallate\u00a0(LiGaO2)\u00a0and\u00a0Lithium\u00a0Aluminium\u00a0Oxide\u00a0(\u03b3)\u00a0(LiAlO2)\u00a0crystal\u00a0can\u00a0match\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0Gallium\u00a0Nitride\u00a0film\u00a0very\u00a0well.\u00a0The\u00a0mismatch\u00a0coefficients\u00a0are\u00a00.2%\u00a0and\u00a01.4%\u00a0only\u00a0for\u00a0LiGaO2\u00a0and\u00a0LiAlO2,\u00a0much\u00a0smaller\u00a0than\u00a0that\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0common\u00a0used\u00a0substrates\u00a0such\u00a0as\u00a0&lt;0001&gt;\u00a0sapphire\u00a0(14%),\u00a0&lt;100&gt;\u00a0MgO\u00a0(3%),\u00a0&lt;0001&gt;\u00a0SiC\u00a0(3.5%).\u00a0The\u00a0Gallium\u00a0Nitride\u00a0film\u00a0is\u00a0a\u00a0very\u00a0important\u00a0material\u00a0for\u00a0blue,\u00a0violet,\u00a0UV\u00a0and\u00a0white\u00a0LED.\u00a0A\u00a0substrate\u00a0material\u00a0that\u00a0matches\u00a0the\u00a0film\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0grown\u00a0well\u00a0is\u00a0very\u00a0important\u00a0to\u00a0get\u00a0a\u00a0nice\u00a0GaN\u00a0epitaxial\u00a0film.<\/p>\n<p><img
