We design and develop pixelated <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shalomeo.com\"><strong><b>LYSO(Ce) crystal<\/b><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0in single layer array, or dual layers with depth of interaction(DOI) capability, by which the high spatial resolution can be acquired.
