Substrates and Wafers for High Transition Temperature Superconductor Film Growth
There is no phase transition for SrLaAlO4 crystals from melting temperature to a lower temperature, and it has the same structure as the high-temperature superconductor YBCO, but SrLaAlO4 has a lower coefficient of thermal expansion than other perovskite structure crystals. It can be used to grow films at a lower temperature, thereby improving the lattice mismatch and reducing stress.
