The LWIR zoom lenses provide optimal lens solutions for OEM and security/surveillance imaging applications. Designed to operate throughout the 8 – 14 µm spectral range, these LWIR zoom lenses have excellent parafocality (focus through zoom) and also offer continuous, precision athermalization, low weight, and low power.
There are two zoom ranges available in the LWIR zoom lenses which are offered with diamond-like carbon (DLC) coatings, 35-150 mm and 35-105 mm, and one zoom range model with an anti-reflective (AR) coating, 35-105 mm.
The LWIR zoom lenses can be easily used with most microbolometer cameras with their standard M34 x 0.5 mm thread mount.
